The screw piling's sleeve is manufactured exclusively at Techno Metal Post's facilities for use on products to ensure that you receive a product that meets our rigorous and thorough standings from beginning to end of the manufacturing process, and everything else in between.

The exclusive sleeve is only installed on a helical post when the specific soil conditions call for it; when the soil is to move considerably through freeze & thaw cycles or the heaving and subsiding of clay. The screw piling's sleeve slides along the central shaft to prevent the foundation support system from moving up and down or sideways, thus eliminating possibility that you or your project become victims to the volatile soil. The helical foundation remains secure to keep your structure stable.
